Love love love this app!

I always loved when my teachers in middle school would have a guided meditation session in the middle of the day. I recall an undeniable sense of calm and relaxation. Youd emerge from the session feeling like you could rule the world! I get that same amazing feeling every time I use this app! It relaxes you, soothes you and energizes you!
