I have chronic insomnia and this app sends me to sleep so fast I cant believe it. Highly recommend for you skeptics, its a fantastically simple and effective app. Ive tried around 15 or 20 different apps both free and paying ones -- this is by far the best. Whats nice about this is that the ambient sounds (of which there are many options), Bbeats (again many options) and music or hypnosis sessions are all independent. I can listen to a combo of music/Bbeats while playing a different hypnosis session or my own iTunes mixes. I also enjoy the imagery, especially the moving 3D ones. Id like to see more of those. I do however wish they had more hypnosis and guided relaxation geared toward sleep. The one program they have ends w a wake up :/ but its fine bc I can just play another one in the bkg -- a great feature for me since I like to change it up. A functionality for saving combos in a program would also be nice, like what the Tesla ambient apps have done, only please please do not take any form remotely resembling their interface which is just awful and convoluted. Other than those couple of things I think this app is PERFECT!!! I never review apps, this glowing review is quite a compliment btw.

Great high quality sounds and binaural beats that really do work. Excellent.

I was enjoying this app for myself when I started to use it during my 2 year old sons bedtime routine. We play the waves and "stress to sleep" program as soon as we turn the lights out, and when he falls asleep I leave the app on with "deep sleep" and waves. He has been sleeping through the night, whereas before he woke up twice in the night. I am impressed!

I have tried all sorts of ways to relax to get a good nights sleep. I took a chance and tried this app, now I always use it. Ive never been so relaxed and fallen asleep peacefully until i used this. I recommend you try the free one first, and if you like it, then purchase one, you wont regret it!

Some bad moments

No sound to download. Too tricky! Removed right after installation. What a waste of time!!

I would give this app 4 stars if every single sound or music didnt have this annoying humming noise in the background. Every single nature sound, meditation, song starts of with this annoying humming noise, That personally gives me a headache and distracts from the sound/meditation/ song. I cannot use this app for this reason as it actually gives me a headache and keeps me up!! Please fix this and it would be worth keeping and even buying more music from. But right now it is useless with the annoying humming noise ( sounds like Im in some factory or something).

Downloaded this app & 2 of 4 scroll screens dont work. Also downloaded an add on and its nowhere to be found. Really frustrating, dont bother!

The developer seems to have given up on this app. Much of it doesnt work or has broken links. Too bad because it had potential.

Do not buy this app! I did and I still have to pay for extra sounds with in app purchases! The sounds that came with the app arent that great either. Dont waste your money; there are much better apps out there.

Few sounds and "melodies". Download section is empty. Wheres these 1,5 mln combinations?
