No longer seems to be supported

Have had this app for many many years now, however since 2010 have little to no change at all and customer support is all but non existent. Seems they have given up on it...could be 5 stars but with no support or answers or any updating, its slowly phasing itself out.

Wow, so I wrote this 5 years ago, and only one update which provided no changes at all in that entire time. Its still formatted for 4.0...pretty obvious that the developers are done with it. Really sad since it was easily one of the best in its time.
